Postgraduate discounts

Some University Colleges provide progression scholarships for students and recent alumni who would like to stay to progress their studies. Further information can be found on the postgraduate study webpages.

As an Exeter student progressing from undergraduate to postgraduate study in 2018 you will get a £1,000 scholarship towards your tuition fees. From 2019 we are introducing an alumni scholarship meaning that all Exeter graduates will be able to benefit from a tuition fee scholarship regardless of when they graduated.

Scholarships will be: £1,000 for UK/EU students studying a Masters or PhD; £750 for UK/EU students studying a Masters By Research; £3,000 for international students studying a Masters, Masters By Research or PhD; and £3,000 for Junior Year Abroad students.

We offer Exeter alumni full text access to thousands of academic resources to assist with your lifelong learning after leaving Exeter. To find out more and register for access please see our online academic resource information page.


Various public lectures occur across the academic year all of which are open to alumni, including the Andrew Stratton lecture and the FRUNI lecture series. More information on forthcoming events on campus can be found on the University's event calendar.

Foreign Language Centre

Our Foreign Language Centre evening courses are open to alumni and are designed to give you greater confidence in speaking another language, whether for work, travel or just for fun. Information on the courses offered can be found on the Foreign Language Centre website.
