Our research focuses on a wide range of organisational issues such as: leadership, innovation, creativity, knowledge transfer, HR practices, interpersonal conflict, negative workplace interactions, incivility, turnover, thriving, wellbeing and performance within organisations. We also examine societal issues such as social movements.
