Overview
Louise leads the Innovation, Impact & Business team in Cornwall and is responsible for the strategic economic development work of the University’s Cornwall campus, contributing to the University’s wider regional plans and ambitions.
The IIB Cornwall team delivers a portfolio of projects aimed at the economic regeneration of the region through research, innovation and business support.

Career
Louise has worked in higher education for ten years. Prior to joining University of Exeter in 2020, she held management roles in financial services, public sector and third sector organisations. She has extensive experience in business development and strategic project management.
Louise is Chair of the Advisory Board of the Active Cornwall partnership, the Sport England-funded body responsible for the strategic development of community sport and physical activity development in Cornwall.
