Report a digital accessibility problem
It can be difficult to know who can help with an accessibility or technology problem. This page aims to point you in the right direction.
If software or equipment is not working properly - including research technology - report it by raising an IT enquiry.
How to raise an IT enquiry:
- Log in to the IT service desk
- Click 'Log an incident'
- Fill in the short form describing the problem.
Please tell us in the form about your accessibility needs, e.g. if you need a phone call or in-person visit rather than an email to enable us to help you.
Visit the how-to page to find out how we can help.
If you:
- can't access a webpage, video or document on a university website
- experience problems using assistive software to access the website
- have a suggestion to make our content more accessible
we would love to hear from you.
Report it to the digital team at: digitalteam@exeter.ac.uk.
If you can, please include a link to the inaccessible content. Your email will come directly to us via the SID system.
We don't have a team phone number, but if you prefer phone to email, you could phone Occupational Health and ask them to email us.

If you experience or witness any harassment, bullying, intimidation or discrimination, we encourage you to report it via the Support and Report website.
You can:
Report any problems with buildings or office equipment (e.g. desks, chairs) to the Campus Services Help Desk.
There are different forms to fill in, depending on if you need something repaired, moved or disposed of. If you're not sure, use the Query form.
For emergency requests, phone 01392 724552 (between 08:00-20:00).
Please contact Occupational Health by email or phone. If the team can't help, they may be able to suggest who can.
