Report a digital accessibility problem

It can be difficult to know who can help with an accessibility or technology problem. This page aims to point you in the right direction.

If software or equipment is not working properly - including research technology - report it by raising an IT enquiry.

How to raise an IT enquiry:

  1. Log in to the IT service desk
  2. Click 'Log an incident'
  3. Fill in the short form describing the problem.

Please tell us in the form about your accessibility needs, e.g. if you need a phone call or in-person visit rather than an email to enable us to help you.

If you:

  • can't access a webpage, video or document on a university website
  • experience problems using assistive software to access the website
  • have a suggestion to make our content more accessible

we would love to hear from you.

Report it to the digital team at: digitalteam@exeter.ac.uk

If you can, please include a link to the inaccessible content. Your email will come directly to us via the SID system.

We don't have a team phone number, but if you prefer phone to email, you could phone Occupational Health and ask them to email us.
