Aspiring Managers supports colleagues who want to develop leadership capability, strengthen their effectiveness in their current role, and prepare for future management opportunities.
Key themes include:

- Emotional intelligence: Understanding Self and Others
- Navigating Change
Outcome: Greater confidence, stronger relationships, and readiness for future leadership opportunities.
These sessions can be taken as standalone sessions, as part of a pick-and-mix approach or in their entirety.
