Cornish Sushi

A sustainable, locally-sourced sushi Community Interest Company​ introducing a closed aquaculture system, on-land, based on a circular economy​ in order to creating a variety of low to high-skilled jobs in Cornwall​. The site was proposed to be in Camborne due to its high number of brownfield sites which can be changed to factories. The situation of the company would also encourage stock to be in Cornish restaurants to reduce food miles and pay attention to the SDG's. The plan is to promote farm to plate locally and sustainably, eoncouraging land-based aquaculture.
