China SQA 3+1 students
We are pleased to be able to offer a limited number of rooms in university approved partner accommodation to China SQA students joining us in the final year of undergraduate degrees. You would be housed with other undergraduate students and international students.

Applications and Offers
To apply, you will need to create an accommodation account using the nine-digit Exeter Student ID which you will find on your Admissions letter. Please then select the appropriate application form, which will be 'China SQA Applicant' with the description 'I am a China SQA applicant for 2026/27'.
Applications will be processed on a first-come, first served basis, in date order of us receiving the application. The application deadline is 31 July 2026.
If your preferred room type is not available then we may make you an alternative offer which was not one of your application preferences.

Creedy House is one of five blocks within the Duryard area of campus which are managed by our partners ISC. We have secured a number of rooms within Creedy House specifically for SQA students. There are three room types available within Creedy House and these are mixed across each floor in the building; allowing for all students to interact well.
The 23 en-suite rooms provide the student with a bedroom with a desk area, along with an en-suite with wet room-style shower, toilet, sink and mirror. Access to a communal kitchen/diner is shared with up to six other students.
The 8 single studios are open-plan and provide students with a workspace, single bed, and kitchenette area. The en-suite facilities consist of a wet room-style shower, toilet, sink and mirror.
There are 20 twin studio rooms, which are two private single-occupancy bedrooms sharing adjoining kitchenette and bathroom facilities. The bedrooms include a single bed and desk area, while the shared bathroom has a wet room-style shower, toilet, sink and mirror.
Please note: due to the layout of Creedy House, we cannot offer designated quiet accommodation. We will look to group students together who express a preference for quiet accommodation, but this may be alongside other students who have not requested quiet.
Where to collect your post and parcels
Each room has a specific allocated secure post box for letter size deliveries.
There is a post room in nearby Exe House that opens 11:00 to 16:00 Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) for collection of large post items.

All rooms have single beds (6'3" by 3'0"). The height of the storage space under the bed is a maximum of 26cm.
All bedrooms in Creedy House have:

- Lockable (security) storage, pinboard, full length mirror and waste bin.
- Wet room-style shower, washbasin and toilet facilities in en-suite and single studio rooms.
- Two students share bathroom facilities in the twin studios (wet room-style shower, washbasin and toilet).
- High speed wired and wireless network/internet is available. You will need to register online to receive access.
