As construction work begins on these projects, there will be disruption to our campus infrastructure at times, but we will work closely with key stakeholders and contractors to ensure that where possible this is kept to a minimum.
Details of campus disruptions are communicated internally with you via the following channels.
- Weekly Bulletin which is released every Monday.
- Student Newsletter which is released every Monday during term time.
- Specific department newsletters, where appropriate.
- Construction updates issued via email to key stakeholders.
- All staff talks or department briefings.
- VC and Registrar talks, where appropriate.
- University social media channels will post key milestones for new projects.
- Emails to student in residence on campus via Room Service, where appropriate.
- Project webpage, these are updated regularly and will give 2/3 week lookaheads of works happening on a project. Please see current projects below.
We also work closely with key departments and services to discuss any additional communications activity needed for key stakeholders.
