Education Policy

The Role of Education Policy

The University of Exeter’s education policies play a crucial role in establishing requirements and expectations of students and staff. In doing so they ensure that the academic standards and credibility of the University’s awards are maintained and that an outstanding quality academic experience is provided for all its students.

The University’s education policies also make an important contribution to the delivery of the education and student experience commitments and priorities set out in the University’s Strategy 2030. They also provide assurance that the University meets the Conditions of Registration with the Office for Students (OfS), including in relation to good governance, quality and standards, fair access and positive outcomes for all, and student protection and support.
