How to access your University email
Students, staff and associates can access their University email from anywhere in the world at https://outlook.com/owa/exeter.ac.uk" target="_blank" title="https://outlook.com/owa/exeter.ac.uk">https://outlook.com/owa/exeter.ac.uk.
You always need to log in to Office365 using your full university email address as your username, and your password is case-sensitive.
You can also access email via iExeter.
Staff and associates - it is recommended you use the Outlook client for greater functionality. This makes Calendar sharing, automated Forwarding, and accessing Shared Mailboxes much easier. If you don't have Outlook installed on your Staff PC or laptop please contact SID pr view these setup guides:
Mailbox size and message limits
Office365 mailboxes have a large storage capacity of 50Gb. When you get near to this limit you will get warning messages.
The maximum size of an individual message that you can send or receive is 25Mb, including attachments.
The maximum size of a message you can send to a University mailing list is 2.5Mb. Mailing lists designed for all students and staff have a limit of 64k.
