Holding an outdoor grassed event on campus
Outdoor grassed events
In line with Government guidance, we are now accepting bookings for outdoor grassed activities.
These activities need to be supported by the Students' Guild or Athletic Union as appropriate and will require approved and signed off risk assessments (General risk assessment and COVID risk assessment). We cannot proceed with your application without these risk assessments.
Please ensure any requests are submitted well in advance, to allow the bookings to be reviewed.
If you are unsure about what activities are permitted, please review the Government guidance.
If you would like to book an outdoor event on grassed areas, please complete the outdoor grassed event booking form at least five working days before the event.
Photos and further details of these areas are available on our event locations page.
The Grounds Team reserves the right to review events and, due to the ongoing fluid situation, events may be cancelled at short notice.
