Flexible working arrangements
The University has developed a range of flexible working arrangements. Through these arrangements, we aim to support our managers to deliver flexible services that meet the changing needs of our students and other customers, as well as assist our workforce to achieve a positive work-life balance.
All staff are encouraged to read and understand the flexible working policy.
We have developed two sets of guidance for our staff groups because their employment contracts are different. You should read and follow the guidance in the relevant section below:
