Temporary Staff Bank (TSB)

The Temporary Staff Bank provides administrative workers to University departments on a temporary basis. Application to the TSB includes an application, short listing and interview process after which, if you are successful, you will be placed on the Bank and advised as and when suitable work becomes available.

To apply to the Temporary Staff Bank please download the attached Person specification which highlights the essential and desirable qualities that are required to be considered to join the Bank.

Please apply via the Registration Form here. Please also complete the TSB Skills Form and email this to once you have submitted the Registration Form. Please be aware that your application cannot be shortlisted until the online Registration Form has been submitted, and the Skills Form has been received via email.

Please note that the University normally contacts referees without further advice to applicants. From time to time we do experience high volumes of applications and this may result in a delay in processing your application. We aim to get back to applicants within 2 weeks.

If you have any issues then please email and you can meet the team here.

If you have previously worked at the University of Exeter and left as part of the Voluntary Release Scheme you will not be eligible for Claims or TSB registration. If this is the case, or you are unsure, you should contact HR Services before undertaking any work.
