Our EDI priorities and action plans

We have been on a journey of reflection on our culture and how we take our commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion further. Our people are at the heart of our 2030 strategy and our equality, diversity and inclusion work is key to successfully delivering Our People strategy and supporting other Sovereign strategies and institutional Values.

Our EDI action plans are shaped by our strategic Equality Groups using the framework of associated external accreditations (as a robust way of benchmarking) and in collaboration with key stakeholders and our community. These action plans go beyond ensuring compliance with the Equality Act 2010 to support a positive inclusive culture and best practice.
