Contact the IT Service Desk
The IT Service Desk is a dedicated team of specialists within Exeter IT who are ready to provide help, guidance and advice when you raise a request or fault.
Students with an IT problem will need to log an enquiry by 'asking a question' at sid.exeter.ac.uk using an 'IT' category such as 'IT account'.
Selecting the 'IT' category is important to log your enquiry with the IT Service desk.
