Our opening times vary - please visit the SID information pages for the latest times.

You can access help either online or on the phone, or by visiting the SID desks at Exeter campuses. SID Online, now including all IT support is available 24/7.

If you have an urgent IT issue outside of these hours or if you want to keep track of developments please follow @UofE_SID for service updates and queries.

Alternatively you can call SID on 0300 555 0444 (08:30 - 18:00 during term time and 09:00 - 17:00 in vacation periods.)
