The primary purpose of Ramona's role is to support chaplains from a variety of faiths and worldviews in providing pastoral care and spiritual/religious guidance (when requested) to students and staff across the University of Exeter.
Ramona is also responsible for developing and maintaining strategic integration between the Multifaith Chaplaincy and other central University services, as well as with faith and worldview student societies and the Student Guild.
Ramona joined the University of Exeter in 2018, having worked in the Voluntary and Community sector for the previous 15 years. She has a BA (Hons) in Economic and Political Development from the University of Exeter and an MA in Theology, Imagination and Culture from the University of Winchester.

Dilan brings his community building and administrative experience to the Multifaith Chaplaincy, working previously across various people-centred roles at the University of Bristol - focussing on wellbeing, community-organising and belonging.
