Christmas 2021 on Exeter Campuses

Staying on campus or in Exeter over the winter break and Christmas? If so, check out the pages below to find out what facilities, services and events are available within the University.

Most facilities and services will be available as normal until Thursday 23 December, and will re-open for normal business on Tuesday 4 January. Between these times there may be limited opening hours and we advise you check details on this page.

Testing for COVID-19 at the University will be available until Friday 17 December, and will resume again on 4 January 2022.

However, if you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, however mild, and you need a test between 18 December – 3 January, you can request one via the national testing scheme.

We have made a special, ‘by exception’ arrangement with HALO to ensure that people with symptoms of COVID-19 who need an emergency test during the closure period can get access to one, for example if it is impossible for them to get to a national testing centre, or if they have an unplanned, sudden requirement to travel overseas. Details of how to access a HALO test in emergencies will be available on the Rapid Response Hub webpage shortly.

Please find more information on this, with help and guidance, on our web pages.
