Residence receptions
Your residence reception is your first port of call if you have any questions about your room or need to report a maintenance issue.
If you have a room move query, please refer to our Moving rooms or residences page.
Collecting keys:
If you’re arriving to collect your keys when reception is closed, please go to your residence and then call Estate Patrol on 01392 723999 and they will come to give you your room key.
If Estate Patrol are dealing with an emergency at the time, they could be delayed in reaching you, but please continue to wait for them.
Please note - if you are living at Point Exe then out of hours key collection arrangements will differ. You should speak to the reception team ahead of your arrival to ensure appropriate arrangements can be made for you.
