Our 2017 fair bookings will open in March.

This fair is open to law firms, barristers' chambers, training providers and those offering further study opportunities. Exeter students from any discipline and year group can attend. Students are advised to use the fair to meet and find out more about particular exhibitors and also build upon any existing research they have undertaken.
Please be aware that a small group of year 13 students participating in the Pathways to Law programme will also be in attendance.
Please note this fair is not suitable for those offering volunteering opportunities.

Most companies are eligible for our standard rate of £450+VAT except where special rates apply (please see below).
- Agency Rate - £550+VAT - all recruitment agencies and jobs portals.
- Charity and Local Employer Rate - £200+VAT - all registered charities directly recruiting to own organisation for paid positions, professional bodies and Cornwall, Devon and Somerset based SMEs (fewer than 250 staff)
Due to high demand for this event, we recommend submitting your booking form promptly. Please note we limit the number of spaces available to recruitment agencies and jobs portals (specialising in graduate recruitment only), to a maximum of five. Limited spaces are available for those who are eligible for our discounted rate and are allocated at our discretion.
The charges include:
- A stand space (2m width x 1.5m depth x 2m height)
- One table and 2 chairs
- An electrical point
- A standard entry in our fair booklet
- Hyperlink from the Career Zone’s website to your organisation’s website.
- Wi-Fi access
- Lunch for 2 exhibitors (additional lunches will be chargeable)
- Tea, coffee, bottled water and biscuits available throughout the day
- Use of the complimentary coach to and from the train station
- Car parking permit for one vehicle (additional parking spaces will be chargeable)
Invoicing will take place after the event. Failure to provide accurate invoicing details may result in a processing fee of up to £30.
Sponsorship has already been confirmed for next years fair.
A hot lunch will be available for exhibitors at the nearby Terrace Restaurant from 11.30am. Tickets are distributed to exhibitors on the day.
Additional lunches can be booked in advance. They are charged at £6.25+VAT per head (inclusive of tea, coffee, bottled water and biscuits throughout the day).
The fair will take place in the Great Hall and Sanctuary, University of Exeter, Stocker Road, Exeter, Devon EX4 4PZ. Fair opening times are 13:00-16:00.
Access to the building is from 09:00 to 17:00. Student helpers will be available throughout these times to assist.
In 2016 we had 57 exhibitors and approximately 800 students visit the fair. A selection of exhibitor quotes are below:

Deliveries in advance of the fair date will only be accepted on 14 November between 9:00 – 16:00. Deliveries on the day are not accepted. All deliveries are the responsibility of the exhibiting organisation. The University of Exeter cannot accept responsibility for any loss of, or damage to, items that are delivered to campus.
It is the responsibility of the exhibitors to ensure that any goods for collection are packaged and labelled accordingly. Items must be collected no later than 17:00 on the day of the fair.
Cancellation must be received in writing by emailing Natalie Luscombe, Employer Liaison Officer (firstname.lastname@example.org) by Wednesday 27 September 2017. Cancellations received after this date will result in the full cost being incurred. Failure to attend the Fair, regardless of reason, will result in the full charge being levied.
