The aim of these sessions is to promote the variety of research at Exeter, with a view to increasing collaborative working between academics and professional services staff.
During the Research Speed Updating sessions we invite six academics from different schools to speak on a research topic of their choice for a maximum or 4 minutes - this time is strictly marshalled by a kitchen timer and squeaky carrot. These 30 minute sessions are informal but informative, and are followed by a networking opportunity over tea, coffee and cake.
