Environmental Monitoring Seminar

To promote NERC collaboration and funding opportunities in Environmental Monitoring

Nathan Hill, NERC Knowledge & Innovation Manager and a technology investor, will be visiting the University on 23rd (Cornwall) and 24th (Streatham) April. The aim is to inform researchers funded by NERC, or who wish to interact with environmental science, of the partnership and funding opportunities available to support Knowledge Exchange activities.

Nathan will give an Environmental Monitoring Seminar at 12.00 at each campus (venues to be confirmed) – please RSVP to research-events@exeter.ac.uk  if you would like to attend. If you have any questions about Nathan’s visit, please contact Helen Butler (h.g.butler@exeter.ac.uk; 01392 726208).

This short seminar will include a 30-minute talk from NERC Knowledge & Innovation Manager Nathan Hill and a 30-minute question and answer session. The talk will focus on the following:
• What do we mean by Environmental Monitoring?
• NERC Knowledge Exchange strategy
• Support and funding for Knowledge Exchange projects

Following the lecture there will be a networking lunch.
