Assertiveness (Bite Size) Module 1

Description

Who is it for?

This programme is for you if you want practical help in analysing what is happening when you cross paths (or swords) with a 'difficult person' and if you want some strategies for standing up for your rights without violating the other persons.

What is it about?

Modules 1 and 2 will cover.

- Processes for dealing with difficult behaviour.

- Assertiveness - self-assessment.

- Rights and responsibilities towards others.

- Assertiveness techniques.

Please note that you must book a place on each module separately.

What will I get out of it?

The programme is designed to promote fact-based, adult-adult relationships and to minimise the use of emotional leverage.

Course overview By the end of the two modules you should be able to.

1) Operate according to a pattern of rights and responsibilities towards others.

2) Use various logical assertiveness techniques.
