Stress: Dealing with (Bite Size) Module 2
| Description | Stress is your body and mind's way of dealing with the situation you find yourself in.
Who is it for? Anyone who wants practical tools and strategies to help you deal with stress.
What is it about? This bite size module will help you identify the source(s) of your stress and how to deal with it. Please note that you must book a place on each module separately.
What will I get out of it? By the end of module 2 you will have learned about. 1) pressure and stress. 2) yourself.
Is there anything I need to do before attending? You must have attended module 1 first (http://www.exeter.ac.uk/staff/development/courses/coursedetail/?code=10005). Please note you that before attending the workshop you must have completed the pre-reading.
