What is it about?

This workshop aims to explain what delegation is, how to use it and to enable managers (and staff in general) to delegate effectively.

Course overview.

By the end of this workshop you will be able to delegate using the following process.

1) analyse and plan.

2) involve staff.

4) implement.

What will I get out of it?

Rightly handled, delegation is a winning solution for everyone.

- managers who need to be efficient.

- staff who need to have control and to develop.

- teams, which need a sense of identity and purpose and need multi-skilling.
