Who is it for?

All staff who are looking to improve their time management skills.

What is it about?

This session is the third of three parts.

Please ensure you book on the other sessions (part 1&2).

This session will enable you to increase your own efficiency, to be more effective and to think the right way and will include.

1) Where you are now.

2) Identifying causes of delays.

3) What you will do differently.

4) Consider approaches to help speed up.

5) Action planning.

What will I get out of it?

By changing your work practices after the session and starting to embed some of the approaches/techniques covered you should be able to start to manage your work more efficiently and ultimately gain more time as a result.

Specifically you may find you.

1) have a better understanding of yourself and what causes delays.

2) have identified doing some things differently.

3) have identified some actions to implement.

Course overview:

Self discipline.

Monitor effectiveness of changes you make.

Understand other factors that affect you.

You must have attended module 1 & 2 first (http://www.exeter.ac.uk/staff/development/courses/coursedetail/?code=10035). Please note you that before attending the workshop you must have completed the pre-reading.
