Goals and Targets of the University
| Description | What is it about? This session will help you to understand the University's Top 10 agenda and aims to achieve top 100 internationally. The session deals with the University's Key Performance Indicators and how they relate to people's job roles across the University.
What will I get out of it? You will have a clear understanding of the metrics used to assess University performance An awareness of the University performance indicators and an understanding of how the University compares itself with other University groups and why.
Is there anything I need to do before attending? It may be beneficial to read the University's Mission Statement and Values (http://admin.exeter.ac.uk/corporate/mission_aims.shtml) Previous attendees said 'Much better understanding of the composition of league tables'. 'I now have a greater understanding of the University's KPIs and my place within it'. 'Gained more of an overview of how the goals and targets are relevant in most people's jobs, not just my area of work'.
