Managing Staff Performance and Absence
| Description | Who is it for? These short 2 hour training sessions are designed for junior and middle managers in Professional Services who have responsibility for managing staff.
What will I get out of it? They are practical interactive sessions (using case studies and discussion primarily) and are designed to assist managers with managing performance and disciplinary issues with their staff using the new University Procedures which were developed in 2009.
Additional Information: Staff who attended the external training with Eversheds need not attend as they cover the same ground.
