PDR Training for Reviewers (Research Fellows)
| Description | Who is it for? Principle investigators (PIs) who carry our PDRs for Research Fellows.
What is it about? This course will help you to understand the University's PDR system and learn how to carry out an effective meeting.
What will I get out of it? 1) Understanding of the University's PDR system. 2) Learn how to carry out an effective review meeting. 3) Understanding of how PDR is related to Wellbeing.
Course overview: What is the purpose of the PDR and why is it important. What are the manager's responsibilities. How to carry out an effective meeting - adopting a coaching style.
Is there anything I need to do before attending? There is no pre-course reading.
