Business Writing (ILM Credit)
| Description | What is it about? This interactive workshop will help you develop your own style of business writing that will capture your readers' attention and deliver information in a professional and effective manner. The workshop does this by looking at what makes a document easy to read, memorable and useful and applying these principles to a range of exercises that you complete either on your own or as part of a group.
