The programme is run once a year beginning in April. Please see the AMP website for information on how to apply - http://www.exeter.ac.uk/staff/development/manage/aspirational/. Who is it for? What will I get out of it? At the end of the 12 months you will have developed a wide range of skills, knowledge and understanding in the following areas: coaching skills; managing excellent customer service; business writing; effective meetings; giving presentations, leading teams. If you complete all the learning, can demonstrate (through reflective practice) suitable development and meet all the ILM assessment criteria you will receive a comprehensive AMP Certificate of Achievement and a nationally recognised ILM Award in Team Leading.
