Health and Safety Legal Briefing for Senior Managers
| Description | This session will brief you on your legal health & safety responsibilities as a senior manager in the University. The afternoon session (13:45-15:45) shall be videoconferenced to Tremough campus: Du Maurier, Seminar D. By the end of this briefing you will be aware of the legal health and safety duties and responsibilities placed both upon the University and yourself, as a senior manager. By discussing legal case histories you will gain an understand on how to anticipate danger and reduce health & safety risks. You will also be briefed on recent developments in health and safety law and practice.
