Word 2007: Working with Long Documents
| Description | What is it about? This course will give you the skills to help you create, control and edit long documents. Working with Styles for ease of formatting and creating a structure to your document. Create a comprehensive Table of Contents and Index of your document. Work with outlining tools in order to control the structure of a document. Work with Master and sub-documents to combine information into one document. Work collaboratively with colleagues by using Track Changes to review edits made in a document. Course Content. 1/ Header and Footers. 2/ Section Breaks. 3/ Styles - applying existing styles, modifying styles and creating/editing styles 4/ Create Master and Sub-documents. 5/ Table of Contents. 6/ Index. 7/ Using Outline View. 8/ Captions. 9/ Track Changes.
Is there anything I need to do before attending? This course assumes that participants know the basics of Word 2007 and want to expand and develop their knowledge.
