Change Management (Part 1) - Understanding Change.
| Description | Who is it for? Any person involved in the making change in the work place happen.
What is it about? In part 1 of the change management course, participants will be introduced to some common ideas and models about change in the workplace as well as how change impacts on individuals.
What will I get out of it? Participants will gain an understanding of the forces for change management and how change impacts individuals and teams.
Course overview: The role of change in the survival and prosperity of organisations. The principles of change management. Direct and indirect aspects of innovation and change, people, departments and organisations. Barriers to change and innovation, how to identify them and other difficulties in implementing change.
