Change Management (Part 2) - Leading Change
| Description | Who is it for? Any person involved in the making change in the work place happen.
What is it about? In Part 2 of the change management course, participants will learn about how to plan, implement, monitor and communicate innovation and change in an organisation.
What will I get out of it? Participants will learn about some common techniques for planning change in the work place with a particular emphasis on communication.
Course overview: The role and responsibilities of the manager in helping others through change. Planning for change. The role of communication in successful implementation of innovation and change.
Is there anything I need to do before attending? Participants are expected to have attended Change Management part1 - understanding change.
