Word 2007: Templates and forms
| Description | Who is it for? Anyone who needs to create document templates and forms with prompts, for users to enter data into a document.
What will I get out of it? This course will enable you to create document templates that will provide a consistent look for future letters and other documents. You will also create forms containing content controls, including text boxes, date pickers and drop-down lists. Course Content. 1/ Creating Letter Templates. 2/ Using the Developer Tab. 3/ Inserting Controls. 4/ Inserting Form Fields. 5/ Protecting Forms. 6/ Saving the Form as a Template. 7/Creating a Macro to open Forms.
Is there anything I need to do before attending? : You should be familiar with the Windows environment and have experience of creating tables in Microsoft Word.
