1-1 Tutorials (Understanding organisational culture and ethics).

Who is it for?

All staff who have successfully completed the ?Understanding organisational culture and ethics? workshop.

What is it about?

The tutorials are aimed at helping you reinforce your learning and embed, as appropriate, the principles and practicalities in your work.

What will I get out of it?

You will have a better understanding of how the learning you have undertaken relates specifically to you in your particular role.

Is there anything I need to do before attending?

Yes.

You will need to provide us with contact details so we can pass these on to our tutors who will then liaise with you to book the best slot for you to attend.

This session is booked as a whole day but sessions are organised for shorter sessions within the day.

Do I get a qualification?

This can, if you are registered, contribute to your learning for the Level 4 Certificate in Leadership and Management Assessment.
