ILM Induction and Assessment Workshop
| Description | ILM Induction (Team Leader Programme/Effective Middle Manager Programme/Experienced Middle Manager Programme/Preparing for Senior Management Programme).
Who is it for? All staff who are undertaking an ILM qualification.
What is it about? The induction will give you more insight into how your qualification relates to the particular learning you have done (or will do), how to approach your assessments for the particular qualification you are taking and what support you can get.
What will I get out of it? You will have a better idea of how best to succeed in your ILM qualification.
Is there anything I need to do before attending? You need to have registered, or about to register, for the relevant ILM qualification. You may also like We run a wide range of management development workshops and full programmes. Book any or all of these through Trent Self Service.
