What is it about? Finance processes and reporting have changed due to the implementation of the new Planning and Budget process for the University following the Armstrong review.
What will I get out of it? You will be able to explain how the finance cycle and reporting has changed under the new Planning and Budget process. Course overview Overview of the Armstrong review What has changed: ? Removal of corporate contributions ? New finance reporting layout ? Replacement of surplus with EBITDA / contribution ? Finance lifecycle Is there anything I need to do before attending? You will need to have attended the Understanding University Finance / Introduction to Finance course prior to September 2012.
