Culture Awareness Training

Description

Course Description:

This workshop is designed to support staff to work more effectively with people from different cultures.

It will provide participants with the opportunity to reflect on their own cultural values and those of others, and to think how their own values impact on cross-cultural interactions they have.

Aims and Outcomes:

This session will also give participants the chance to discuss real life scenarios and to share good practice in this field.
