Aptos E-Procurement (Office Depot only) combines the use of Aptos Web Requisitions to access the Parabilis marketplace.

This method of processing orders replaces the traditional Aptos PO Management module and provides significant savings in the "procure-to-pay" cycle.

Ordering goods or services involves creating a basket of goods by "punching out" to the Supplier's e-commerce website.

Once the basket is complete, the user is returned to Aptos to complete the Requisition and subsequent Purchase Order.

Aims and Outcomes:

By the end of the course, raise a requisiton / order to Office depot.
