University of Exeter to showcase its most sustainable suppliers
Suppliers and partner organisations will be sharing how they are reducing their carbon emissions and supporting employability at this free event to be held in the Great Hall on Wednesday 28 November 2012, 9am-2pm.
The Sustainable Supplier Showcase is a joint venture between the University’s Sustainability and Procurement departments. This free event is being held in association with CIPS (Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply) to provide an insight into what the University’s suppliers are doing to support a sustainable future.
Suppliers and partner organisations will be sharing how they are reducing their carbon emissions and supporting employability, the surrounding community and the University’s sustainability agenda.
The event will host seminar sessions and an exhibition from several of the University’s suppliers, encouraging others to adopt sustainability principles. A sustainable lunch will be provided and delegates will have the opportunity to network with industry experts.
