Last year 20 teams signed up to the NUS Green Impact Scheme implementing over 1500 greening actions across their departments.

Green Impact 2012/13 workbook is live

The NUS Green Impact scheme will be running again this year across the University.

The national environmental accreditation scheme aims to ‘green’ work practices across all of the University’s departments.

The scheme provides staff with an online workbook of criteria to complete, aiming to increase the environmental sustainability of the department. Each criterion is a clear, easy to implement action. By completing the criteria teams can gain Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum Green Impact accreditation.

Last year 20 teams took part in the scheme and 10 of these received Gold accreditation. Platinum has been newly introduced this year.

This year's Green Impact workbook of criteria is live on the website and ready for teams to start completing.

If you are a returning team please visit the University of Exeter Green Impact website to sign in and view the workbook. If you would like to register as a new team and find out more about the scheme, please visit the website or contact Lucy Kimberley, Sustainability Project Officer.
