Independent Lead for Dual Assurance Information Technology (including Digital).

Andrew is the founding partner of Public Digital, a digital consultancy set up by the co-founders of the UK’s Government Digital Service. Public Digital advises governments and businesses around the world on digital transformation, data services and institutional reform.
Andrew has also written for The Guardian, Spectator, Big Issue, Prospect and the New Statesman on the UK civil service, politics and institutional reform. He has also published two books covering the same field.
