Leanne Heath
Strategic Portfolio Partner (People and Culture)
Leanne Heath is the Strategic Portfolio Partner (Wellbeing, People & Culture) providing support to the Deputy Vice Chancellor (People & Culture) Professor Rajani Naidoo. Her role is to provide executive support across the Deputy Vice Chancellor’s portfolio, which includes responsibility for supporting the University’s People strategy, and oversight of the University’s Wellbeing, Inclusion and Culture Committee portfolio. Leanne joined the University in February 2023.
Prior to this, Leanne has worked in Widening Participation roles at the University of Southampton and the University of Winchester, focused on improving access for students from underrepresented backgrounds. Leanne has also worked within the education and voluntary sectors.
Leanne holds a PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education) from the University of Southampton, and a BA in Art and Visual Culture from the University of the West of England.
