St German's is the name given to four houses (Chagford, Christow, Lydford and Widecombe). In total there are 144 single en-suite rooms arranged into flats of six with a shared kitchen and living area. Between the blocks is a lovely garden area and pond, along with outside exercise equipment.
The residence is close to Cornwall House with its social activities and open air swimming pool.

Rooms in St German's are approximately 14.3m2 (2590mm x 5520mm).

Rooms in Chagford, Christow, Lydford have standard double beds (4'6" by 6'3"). Rooms in Widecombe have long small double beds (4'0" by 6'6").

St German's gallery
I enjoyed living in St German's mainly because of the location, it was close to the Business School which is where I attended most of my lectures, and it was also convenient for me to travel to town.
Living there also provided me with many memorable experiences as I got to meet so many amazing people not only in my building but also from other accommodations nearby. It had a perfect balance of social life and quiet evenings, which is something I really appreciated.
