You can start any language from beginners level or post A-level and choose to spend a year studying or working abroad to enhance your language proficiency.

If you’re an existing Exeter offer-holder, you should check your status in UCAS Hub.
Decisions will be sent to UCAS as we start to receive results throughout June and July. For applicants taking A-Levels, please check your UCAS Hub from 08:00 on Thursday 13 August 2026.
If you already have an offer from us but want to change course, please do not apply through Clearing. Instead please contact our Admissions team at: ug-ad@exeter.ac.uk (putting 'Request to change course' in the email subject).
