Lunch and Learn - How degree apprenticeships are transforming workplaces
Event details
Degree apprenticeships are increasingly being used to develop skills, build capability and support organisational transformation. But what does that look like in practice?
Join us for the first session in our new Lunch & Learn series, where we showcase the real-world impact of apprenticeship learning through the experiences of current apprentices and employer partners.
In this session, a current apprentice from our Systems Thinking Practitioner programme will share how they have applied systems thinking approaches within their organisation to tackle complex challenges, improve collaboration and create meaningful change.
The session will explore:
- How systems thinking can be applied to real workplace challenges
- The impact apprenticeship learning can have on organisations and services
- Personal and professional development gained through the programme
- How new knowledge, tools and approaches can be embedded within teams and organisations
- Lessons learned from applying systems thinking in practice
There will also be an opportunity to ask questions and discuss how these approaches could support capability development within your own organisation.
