Exeter alumnae: Lessons in leadership from the COVID-19 pandemic

Join the fourth in a series of careers webinars with the Alumnae Group.

Event details

What can we learn from the women who have been in leadership roles during the pandemic?

Lockdowns, social distancing, government restrictions, and a sudden move to working from home for much of the country has had a significant impact, with new challenges for those in leadership roles as we have all tried to adapt to the unusual circumstances.

Drawing on the experiences and learnings of our speakers, we will explore what worked well for them, what didn’t work so well, what they will continue with when we return to “normal”, and what advice they can share with us as we look ahead to the next six months.
