Lockdown Not Meltdown! 

A Mindfulness Taster Session – Literally 

Join Karen Scott-Boyd for an interactive, secular mindfulness session where you can experience the relaxation of mindful eating; as well as, a few mindful stress reduction techniques that might support you throughout lockdown. 

When: Wednesday 18th November, 2020 at 12.30pm 

Where: Online 

What to bring:  

  • An open heart. 
  • An open mind. 
  • Your favourite chocolate or other favourite food. Karen will be demonstrating with a Lindt chocolate. Something wrapped in paper or a fruit that can be peeled eg mandarin would be most appropriate. 
  • Questions – Karen will be happy to answer your questions about mindfulness.
